How to report a problem

1. Email support@salfio.com and describe what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
2. Tell us the name of your Salfio organization and which integration is affected (Gmail, Outlook, Slack, WhatsApp, the notetaker, …). For the Slack app, add the workspace name and the channel.
3. Say when it happened, with your time zone, and attach screenshots or the exact text of any error message.

We reply within one business day with a fix or the next step, and keep you informed until the problem is resolved.

Salfio for Slack

For the Slack app, start with Salfio for Slack: what it does, how to install it and how to use it. If the bot does not answer, check that your Slack account uses the same email address as your Salfio account, and that @Salfio is a member of the channel you are writing in. Still stuck? Email support@salfio.com with the workspace name and the channel.

Account, billing and data

Plan changes, invoices, adding or removing seats, exporting or deleting your data: email the same address. Requests about personal data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Security

Found a vulnerability? Email support@salfio.com with "Security" in the subject line. We acknowledge security reports within one business day and keep you informed until they are resolved. Please give us the chance to confirm a fix before disclosing publicly.
